BC Full-Time Program
We are now accepting applications for the 2021-2022 Full-Time Program! International students who require a Letter of Acceptance for study permit application or renewal are encouraged to apply as early as possible to avoid delays.

Students should be prepared to submit the following supplementary documents as part of their application to VFIS’s secondary school programs:
BC Dogwood Program
Copy of Passport photo page or
Canadian Permanent Resident (PR) card
Proof of BC Residency:

One of: BC Driver’s License / BC Services Card / BC Care Card; OR
-
Most recent utility bill PLUS Canadian bank account statement / property tax statement (showing name and address)
Most recent transcript or final school report card
Additional requirement for domestic students: One parent’s proof of BC residency
Additional requirement for international students: Copy of valid study permit (must be valid for at least 6 months for cross-enrolled applications)
